Members
Members of the HLRCA shall be businesses and residents, both tenants and property owners in the area of Covington, Kentucky bounded on the north by the Ohio River, on the east by the Licking River, on the south by the north side of Eighth Street, and on the west by the east side of Court Street and Court Street alley.
Monthly Meetings
Our monthly meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month. If you’re a dues paying member, please check your email for time and location. New to the neighborhood? Please email communication@hlrca.com to find out more.
Voting
Only individuals who have paid their current dues in full will be considered members of the Association and eligible for one vote on any issue.
Annual Dues
Membership should be renewed each year and include any changes in your contact information. Membership dues are requested by May 15 of each year, with voting rights only available to those settled by December 31 of each year. The annual dues are $25 per person, or $40 for a couple/household. Please note 100% of your funds go directly to improving our neighborhood.
It is always a good time to become a new member, or to renew your membership and support in this neighborhood. Our monthly meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month. We encourage you to get involved!

Annual dues have been confirmed as $25 for an individual or $40 for a couple or household. $1.09 surcharge/membership to cover transaction fees incurred for payment processing.
